Ghana’s actress Rosemond Brown popularly known as Akuapem Poloo has been found guilty for publishing nude content featuring her seven-year-old son on social me.
The actress caused uproar after she shared nude photos on social media on June 30, 2020 with her son, Sonof, to celebrate his birthday. In the photoshoot, Rosemond is captured squatting before her son all naked while holding his hands.

On Wednesday, she was found guilty by the Circuit Court in Accra for publishing obscene content on the internet. She pleaded guilty to three charges brought against her and the court ruled that she has to undergo a pregnancy test to ascertain her condition before sentencing.
The outspoken actress is facing three charges of publication of obscene materials, engaging in domestic violence, a conduct that in any way undermines another person’s privacy or integrity and engaging in domestic violence namely conduct that in any way detracts or is likely to detract from another person’s dignity and worth as a human being.

Following the backlash, the actress explained her inspiration behind the nude photoshoot. According to her, she gave birth to her son all naked, therefore, she decided to go naked to remind him of what she went through to get him.
However, her defense fell on deaf ears and she was forced to quickly deleted the post from social media.
The Circuit Court admitted her to bail in the sum of GHc100,000 with four sureties.
