Men, What’s The Fuss About Dick Size?
Every single day you probably surf the net and every single day you come across penis enlargement advertisements. As you go to work every day you come across posters and banners on street poles and along walls. If you work at home, your spam folder is probably overflowing with offers to enhance your penile experience.
This is indeed a heated debate, always has its place in the popular media, and frequently pops up in your favorite sitcom.

What does Research have to say?
Ultimately, the size of your schlong is related to the rest of your body’s proportions. Similar to the way your forearm is the same size as your foot, the size of your penis, its girth, and length is dependant on the proportions of the rest of your body. Earlier studies have shown that penis size is limited to body shape and height ie. the shoulder-to-hip ratio that results in that sexy V-shape.
What do the Ladies think?
Studies show that 85% of women describe their partners’ schlong to be average to large. Women who do so say that they are satisfied with their partners’ dick.
There may be some truth to ‘short-man syndrome’ as women find shorter than average men the least attractive and if they have large disproportionately large penises, even more so. Women only find big penises hot if partnered with a man who is already attractive and taller than average.

What do Men think?
Pop culture and the media are always suggesting that a man’s penis defines his masculinity. As a man, you must be spending hours in the bathroom fondling your junk, trimming your pubes, and occasionally striking poses to make your package stand out, well you are not alone. An article in the American Journal of Psychology states that men frequently complain about their penis length and size to their urologists and physiotherapists with 66% of men rating their dicks as average and nearly 50% of them desiring a larger penis. How men perceive the penis is equally if not more important than the true size of the organ as this influences their entire body image. Studies show that men who perceive their penises as large are more confident about their faces, appearance in a swimsuit, weight, and overall attractiveness.
Another study also reveals that in homosexual men, those who perceive themselves as poorly endowed are more likely to be ‘bottoms’ for fear of not satisfying their partners. However, the majority of gay men in the study stated contentment with their partners’ penis size.
What does History say?
Some people believe that women have forced the hand of evolution, choosing men based on their penis size. However, today we are all probably in trousers. This means that it is unlikely that a woman in today’s society will reject a man solely based on junk size.
Even in some of the most primitive societies around, men and women typically walk about with their genitals covered. In New Guinea, men make use of phallocarps(koteka)- a gourd into which the penis is placed and then tied around the waist. The Kotekas vary greatly in size and decoration. During daily routines, they use smaller gourds whilst the larger, more ornate phallocarps are reserved for ceremonial purposes and their size is not necessarily proportionate to the dick they house.
Supersize It!!
I know, this sounds like something only Nim Notty would suggest but facts are facts. We live in a supersize society. Bigger is better. Quantity over quality. This is a belief carried over from the 50s boom of the economy of the middle classes; Bigger men, Bigger wallets, Bigger penises, in our faces all the time.
Bottomline
Confidence is Key! The majority of partners’ satisfied with their partners’ dick size and even science says that there is someone out there for almost everyone.
