Men decry lack of sex workers
Ugandan men are suffering because of lack of sex and sex workers.
Men in Eastern Uganda City of Jinja have taken to the media to bitterly complain about lack of sex workers in the area.
Local FM radio stations have in the last few days been jammed with calls from men complaining about lack of sex workers to fuck.
” Those women help us a lot by providing us with affordable sex.” said Dennis Waibale who called on Jinja FM.
Among the loudest men complaining are bachelors.
“Many of us have no wives yet we need to play sex once in a while and the sex workers have been providing it at very good prices.” Waibale said.
Some callers even warned that they will be forced to look for school girls if no solution is found soon.
“If authorities do not allow sex workers to operate in the city we will be left with no alternative other that seeking sex from school girls.” said one caller to Bisega FM identified as Timothy Kasumba.
Where the fuck did sex workers go to?
The shortage of sex workers in Eastern Uganda comes as a result of police banning sex work in Jinja city. About a month ago, police ordered all sex workers in the city to stop sex work and pack their shit within fourteen days. It also ordered those who managed brothels to close them leaving the city empty and dry.
According to police criminal investigations officer, Levi Ouma, authorities were forced to ban sex work following reports that some of the sex workers connived with thugs to rob their customers blind.
Criminals had also started targeting sex workers with violence and going as far as strangling them before robbing them off of their hard earned money.
We can’t live without sex workers
Now men in Jinja city have appealed to authorities to allow sex workers to operate under strict supervision because they can’t live a day without the
” Instead of sending them away from the city, authorities should regulate them. City authorities should provide security at brothels so that the sex workers go on with their work of providing us with sex.” Paul Mbisa said after calling on NSB FM radio.
This latest development proves that indeed sex workers play a crucial role in our society and safe avenues for sex work should be established in Africa.
