Naked sex workers storm police post

Business came to a standstill at one of the police posts in Namayingo district in eastern Uganda after a group of sex workers led a daring ‘rescue mission’.

The group made up of ten sex workers stormed the police post in a bid to rescue one of their colleagues who had been arrested.

Broke and horny policeman

According to their leader, Christine Nambafu, their colleague had been wrongly arrested and they were not going to take it lying down. Nambafu told our reporter based in Uganda that it was approaching 7.30 pm when a drunk policeman arrested one of them who was waiting for clients near a bar under the pretense of breaking Covid-19 regulations.

”He arrested her saying that she was breaking COVID-19 guidelines. When she told him that it was not yet time for curfew he said he was arresting her because she is a prostitute and it is illegal to be a prostitute in Uganda.” said Nambafu.

While prostitution is illegal on paper in Uganda, authorities turn a blind eye and sometimes even work in cohorts with sex workers.

Policeman wants a fuck by all means

However, the real reason why the sex worker was arrested was because the policeman wanted to fuck her but couldn’t pay for the service. Nambafu says the policeman knows the sex worker very well and he even at one point bought her services.

On the fateful day, however, the policeman had no money to buy her services and used the pretext of arresting her with the intention of taking her to his house for a fuck.

Sex-workers to the rescue

Pinned on the wall and powerless, the sex worker gave in and accepted to be taken to the police post. Some of her colleagues who were stationed in different parts of Namayingo town hustling for clients, however, soon got wind of news of her arrest and quickly came to her rescue. They converged at a bar near the police post and resolved to storm the police post while naked to protest and demand the release of their friend.

True to their word they then striped naked and kept their clothes with one of the gate keepers of the bar and marched to the police post naked.

No record of arrest

Upon arriving at the police post one of them went to the counter and complained about the arrest by the broke and horny policeman. Being streetwise they didn’t describe her as a prostitute but a businesswoman who sells roasted maize on the streets at night.

The officer in charge checked at the occurrence book and in the women’s cell but there was no sight of the sex worker. He then sent some officers to the policeman’s house.

Policeman found on top of ‘suspect’ fucking the living daylights out of her

No sooner had the police officer got to the house than they found him fucking the arrested woman.

The policeman was summarily arrested and taken to the police post. The sex worker was then set free as the policeman was pushed into the cell.

It is not clear if the policeman will be compelled to pay for the services rendered by the sex worker under duress.
