No Panty, No Problem

Kenyan socialite, Huddah Monroe, has stirred the pot once again in her usual fashion and set tongues wagging.

The socialite, who shots from the hips and has a penchant for controversy is calling on all women to drop their panties and embrace the ‘commando’ lifestyle.

The light-skinned lass recently revealed that she does not wear panties nor does she own any in her house.

“I don’t wear underwear. I own none. My friends, my boyfriend, everyone wonders why. But it’s this p*ssy part. It’s too fresh to stay wrapped up. Panties are for people with smelly privates. I think you need it to trap that odour,” she wrote on her Instagram stories.

Huddah claims that even when on her periods she still walks around with nothing but free private parts – because she wants her genitals to catch some air.

The socialite went on to disclose that wearing panties gives her infections, which is why she doesn’t own any.

“Panties give me infections too. I am too fresh to stress my private part,” she said.

Huddah is, however, not new to controversy and actually goes out of her way to hit news headlines with her wild ways and controversial remarks.

She has in the past announced to all and sundry that she will never break up with a man over cheating.

“I will never break up with a man for cheating! LOL! Stingy, yes, I’m done. Day 1! Bye! Bye was nice to meet you” stated Huddah Monroe in one of her Insta-stories.

Well, whether one decides to wear panties or not is a personal choice, but going commando do come with some benefits such as reducing chances of women catching yeast infection.

Candida, the bacteria responsible for yeast infections, thrives in warm, moist environments. Wearing tight underwear or undies that aren’t made of a breathable material, such as cotton, can retain moisture in your genital area and make it easier for yeast bacteria to grow.

That is not to say though that panties are completely useless. Panties especially for men do come handy not to mention they help prevent bodily discharge as well as maintain cleanliness and neat hygiene.
