Kenyan songstress Esther Akoth popularly known as Madam Boss Akothee has made headlines with a surprising announcement. On her Instagram page on Tuesday, August 1, Akothee announced to her fans and followers that she is single once again and this caused a stir among social media users. The mother of one wrote, “Niko Single Tena(Am Single again). The revelation happens hours after Netizens implored her to explain to them her husband’s whereabouts during her daughter Vesha Okello’s wine bar launch.

 Her journey to finding a soulmate has been very intriguing. Before the songstress wed in April 2023, she had a fallout with other lovers before her. On April 10, Akothee walked down the aisle with her Swiss husband Omosh Schweitzer. The businesswoman has never shied away from sharing details of her romantic life with the social media audience. She has proudly labelled herself an international baby mama bearing in mind that she has three different baby daddies; one baby daddy from Kenya and another one who lives abroad.

Akothee’s first marriage was with Jared Okello with whom they got three daughters, Fancy Makadia, Rue Baby and Vesha Shaillan. She got married to Okello at the tender age of 14 years. This marked the beginning of her journey into motherhood. Akothee met her second baby daddy, a Swiss in a restaurant based in Shanzu. Their relationship resulted in the birth of their baby, Prince Ojwang. The self-proclaimed president of the single mothers was heartbroken when the baby daddy dumped her when she was only five months pregnant. She later met Markus Urs Meyer who became her third baby daddy.

Last year, Akothee’s romance with her Swiss husband Omosh Schweitzer began with the duo sharing their photos together on September 19th 2022. Their exquisite wedding attracted a buzz on social media and captured the attention of many social media users. They have shared many intimate photos on social media with her better half forthwith. Presently, it is not clear whether the duo have gone separate ways or Akothee is just chasing clout, a strategy that most celebrities use to create a buzz for a new movie or new song.
