Breast Changes

It could be fatigue, hormonal problems, stress or that you gained or lost weight. It’s also possible that you miss your monthly period when you stop taking birth control pills. You can consider getting a pregnancy test if your period is late and pregnancy is a possibility.
Fatigue
Tiredness is normal in pregnancy, starting early on. It is possible to feel abnormally tired seven days after the egg is fertilized. The fatigue is related to a high level of progesterone hormone.
