Actress Wilbroda Shares Qualities She Seeks in a Husband, Asks men to Shoot Their Shot

Milele FM presenter and actress Jackie Nyaminde popularly known as Wilbroda has encouraged men interested in dating her asking them to ‘shoot their shot’.

During a recent interview with Lynn Ngugi, Jackie discussed her dating life and the pressure she undergoes from people forcing her to get married.

Jackie asserted that she has refused to succumb to societal pressure adding that she remains adamant in her decision not to be forced into marriage. She said, “Never. Even if things remain as they are, we are good. Even those comments when people say, ‘Hey, mama, you’re getting old, when will you find a husband?’ They don’t bother me one bit. As Jackie, I am complete just as I am,”

Wilbroda emphasized that she’s complete and fulfilled regardless of her age. She added that her child came to add value to her life but her life doesn’t revolve around her partner. She also advised individuals entering relationships because of societal pressure. “There’s no pressure, not even a little. Even my mother has never pressured me… If it happens, it happens. If it doesn’t, I’m still okay,”

The actress shared her preference for her desired partner. She expressed her desire to be with an open-minded and God-fearing man who will positively impact her son’s life. She shared, “I would love to have a friend above everything else, someone who loves God, is open-minded, enjoys travelling, and is someone who, when I bring problems, brings solutions. They should also be a good example to my son and a friend to him. Physical attributes are just an added advantage. I want a good human being,”
