Vawulence: Sarkodie Addresses Yvonne Nelson’s Abortion Saga In New Rap Song

It seems that the feud between rapper Sarkodie and actress Yvonne Nelson will not end soon. The rapper has revisited the saga in the latest hit dubbed ‘Vawulence’.In the rap song, Sarkodie asserted that he’s ready to match his oppressors boot for boot and address disrespect from any industry players. Addressing the pregnancy and abortion saga, he stated, ” If it’s garbage, I don’t involve it, I’m way above it “
Sarkodie went on to rap, “Girl nu mbu ade3 nti na mede no setti example, don’t Try Me,” to wit the girl being disrespectful, thus I’m setting an example out of her.
Sarkodie and Yvonne Nelson’s saga was the most controversial saga in 2023. Yvonne mentioned Sarkodie in her book,’ I Am Not Yvonne Nelson’, accusing him of impregnating her and failing to take responsibility. Yvonne mentioned that her decision to terminate the pregnancy was fuelled by Sarkodie’s refusal to take responsibility. The book sparked conversation for weeks as many social media users bought and read the book.

In her book, Yvonne Nelson narrated, “On an ordinary day, I would have laughed out loud and that would trigger a string of jolly conversations and jokes. But this was no laughing matter. It was a grim piece of information that was capable of turning my world upside down. I wasn’t the only one responsible for the situation, so I called the man whose potent seed had germinated in me. His name is Michael Owusu Addo, a renowned Ghanaian musician better known as Sarkodie.
