Lagos: 4 Teenage Boys Rape 16-Year Old Girl in Church’s Toilet ,Share Video On Tiktok

Abeokuta Magistrate’s court has remanded four minors for allegedly raping a 16-year-old girl inside a toilet. The prosecutor, ASP Raji Akeem told the court the court that the defendants raped the teenager in a church toilet during a church vigil and uploaded the video on Tiktok.

 

According to the News Agency of Nigeria, the minors will be kept in the custody of the Borstal Correctional Centre at Adigbe for their next hearing date. The teenagers are being tried for cyberbullying, conspiracy and rape. The police boss said the offences contravened Sections 150, 210 and 411 of Criminal Law of Lagos State,2015. The court has adjourned the case till August 2, 2023.

 

Relatedly, police have launched an investigation into the defilement and impregnation of a 15-year-old girl by a pastor who then urged her parents to abort the pregnancy. Following an in-law of the victim, Amesi Thank God the police arrested the pastor of the Gracious Covenant Church known as Pillar. Reports show that the minor and her mother were members of the victim’s church before Pillar took advantage of her.
