Sean “Diddy” has denied allegations of rape and abuse from Cassie, his ex-girlfriend. Combs and his girlfriend Cassandra Ventura popularly known as Cassie, started dating in 2007 and maintained an off-and-on relationship for more than a decade. A few days ago, Cassie filed a lawsuit in New York federal court with allegations that Combs brought her into his fast-paced lifestyle when they met.
The American musician signed Cassie to his label when she was only 19 years back in 2015. The lawsuit alleges that Combs physically abused her by punching and beating her. According to the lawsuit, Combs urged Cassie to use drugs and forced her to engage in sexual activity with other men while he filmed and masturbated.

According to NBC News reports, Cassie seeks compensatory and punitive damages. In a statement, Cassie said, ” After years in silence and darkness, I am finally ready to tell my story and to speak up on behalf of myself and for the benefit of other women who face violence and abuse in their relationships. “
An attorney for Combs, Ben Bradman, Combs’ lawyer denied the allegations in a statement he said,” Mr Combs vehemently denies these offensive and outrageous allegations.”
“For the past 6 months, Mr Combs has been subjected to Ms Ventura’s persistent demand of $ 30 million, under the threat of writing a damaging book about their relationship, which was unequivocally rejected as blatant blackmail. Despite withdrawing her initial threat, Ms Ventura has resorted to filing a lawsuit riddled with baseless and outrageous lies, aiming to tarnish Mr Comb’s reputation and seeking a payday ” Brafman said in a statement.
