This position involves a woman lying down while a man is on top of her. This position is suitable for men with smaller penises as it enhances a man’s penile length.

The risk lies in the increased penile length, especially for a woman with a short vaginal canal as irritation of the cervix is most likely to occur which may result in vaginal bruising. With this position, the penis rubs against the urethra which can result in a urinary tract infection.

Oral Sex
