Babu Owino Asks Dr Miguna Miguna To Rehabilitate Daughter Who Is Allegedly Acting Pornography In Canada

Dr Miguna Miguna has taken to social media to express concern over a popular city DJ’s treatment on his social media pages. The city entertainer Felix Orinda popularly known as DJ Evolve has been hospitalized for several months after he was allegedly shot by Babu Owino at  B-Club entertainment spot in Kilimani, Nairobi in 2020.

DJ Evolve testified in favour of Babu Owino. He told Milimani senior Principal magistrate Bernard Ochoi on Thursday that he met Babu Owino on the night of January 16th and 17th 2020, and they just had conversations like old friends. He also claimed that he did not witness Babu Owino holding a firearm during the past shooting incident at the city club.

Reacting to DJ Evolve’s comments, Dr Miguna Miguna took to Twitter to express concerns about DJ Evolve’s treatment and denounced the Kenyan legal system terming it as nauseous and disgusting. Miguna also argued that the DJ’s statement was unnecessary as forensic experts easily connected the bullet to Babu’s gun. The twist in the case has caused a range of opinions from Kenyans who are of the opinion that the DJ may have succumbed to the pressures of the now member of parliament for Embakasi East.

Babu Owino took to his Instagram page to hit back at Dr Miguna Miguna who raised concerns over DJ Evolve’s sentiments. He asked Miguna to concentrate on his daughter who is reportedly an escort in Canada.”As a Parent, Dr Miguna Miguna should concentrate on rehabilitating his Daughter who is acting pornography in Canada instead of providing Parental advice to others’ children. Most important and urgently, he should focus on reducing the daughter’s mileage/body count.”

A past expose by a local daily alleged that Dr Miguna Miguna’s daughter, Atieno Miguna is a high-class prostitute in Canada and is on several escort sites. Apparently, his daughter doesn’t offer escort services to black people. The article asserts that his daughter’s profile is on several escort sites and she has been operating under the name Tiana since October 2016. A Caption alongside suggestive photos under her profiles quoted by a local daily reads,” Hi, I’m Tiana, every man’s ebony dream. Do you want to play or join me for naughty, sensual fun? Let me help you unwind and relax…text me at this number. No blocked numbers,” 

In response to the allegations, Dr Miguna Miguna tweeted, “I’ll not comment further. The “story” is false, concocted & published only with the intention of injuring my reputation & candidature. The perpetrators of these highly defamatory statements shall be served with a Libel Notice and my intention to commence legal action.
