About two years ago, Instagram influencer Yvette Obura revealed that she was dating and made it clear that she would refrain from posting her lover online. Yvette continuously showed off her lover online and shared several photos of them together often hiding his face from the camera.

She shared photos of them holding hands on social media. During a recent and exclusive interview with Mpasho, Yvette asserted that she’s single and enjoys the space that she’s currently in. She said, “I’m not dating and I love it here. I had somebody but stuff happened,”

Yvonne shared that the reason behind her split with the said man was because he stepped out of their union and forced her to end the relationship. Yvette shared,

“I don’t share my man, that is my number one rule. So if I ever get myself in a situation where I feel like I am sharing you with somebody then it is a wrap,”

Yvette refrained from sharing more details about what really happened in her  relationship maintaining that she didn’t want the online community to trash her ex partner since he was a good guy to her. She shared,

“Sitaki kumchomea. He was such an amazing guy but I don’t share… I don’t entertain flirting, cheating and all that. I don’t do that,” Yvette said as she let out a chuckle.

Obura maintained that she had given her past lover several chances and wasn’t interested in giving him another chance or rekindling their relationship as she is currently happy with being single at the moment.
