A British tourist in his 30s has undergone medical treatment after he ripped his penis during a ferocious sex session with a Thai prostitute. 

Paramedics rushed to the hotel in the notorious red-light city Pattaya in eastern Thailand amid fears there had been a murder or an attack due to the large pool of blood. 

The panic-stricken man explained to the team that he was having sex so hard that his frenulum – a small piece of skin that connects the foreskin to the penis – had ripped.
