Megan Thee Stallion Sued For Allegedly Forcing Videographer Watch Her Having Lesbian Sex

Megan Thee Stallion has been sued for allegedly forcing her cameraman to watch her having lesbian sex. In a claim that was filed in Los Angeles on Tuesday(23.04.24), Emilio Garcia said that he was forced to witness her having sexual intercourse with a female lover in an SUV during a tour in Ibiza, Spain in June 2022. Videographer Emilio claimed that Megan warned him all the time, “Don’t ever discuss what you saw.”

Videographer Emilio also told NBC News about the incident: “I felt uncomfortable. I was kind of frozen, and I was shocked. At kind of just the overall audacity to do this right, right beside me.”

Emilio shared that the rapper would hurl insults at him including body shaming him and barking orders at him like, “Spit your food out” and “You don’t need to be eating.”Emilio added to NBC: “To hear someone who advocates about loving your body tell me these things, I felt degraded.”

The videographer also accused Megan of changing the payment arrangement from 4,000 dollars per month to a “pay per task” arrangement forcing him to take home a wage that was significantly less.

Lawyer Ron Zambrano’s Sentiments

Emilio also complained of suffering injuries and diseases making him tackle medical bills. His complaint shared: “(Emilio) endured a barrage of relentless sexual and fat-shaming comments plunging him into profound emotional distress.”

Concerning the case, Lawyer Ron Zambrano shared, “Megan just needs to pay our client what he’s due, own up to her behaviour and quit this sort of sexual harassment and fat-shaming conduct.

“Emilio should never have been put in a position of having to be in the vehicle with her while she had sex with another woman.”

“‘Inappropriate’ is putting it lightly. Exposing this behaviour to employees is definitely illegal.”

The videographer is suing Megan Thee Stallion Entertainment, Roc Nation, LLC, and Hot Girl Touring for alleged labour violations. Megan the stallion has not yet publicly responded to the suit.
