Cotent Creator Kai Cenat Threatens To Sue Layla Red For Leaking Their Intimate Chats
Popular content creator Kai Cenat is aiming to initiate legal action against Layla Red, a popular OnlyFans model who allegedly leaked his explicit photos and images.
According to claims, Red allegedly released conversations that show Cenat agreed to pay him 5,000 dollars for sexual services which made her Instagram page to be suspended thereafter. During a recent stream, Cenat assured his fans that he would tackle the issue the legal way.
Following the scandal, Cenat remained unbothered by the allegations and confidently informed his audience about his intention to pursue legal recourse. Cenat shifted away from the controversy and encouraged a lighter tone in the conversation saying, “But yeah, we are not going to talk about it no more. Let’s talk about flowers, rainbows, Ice Spice, come on,”
If the case proceeds to court, the issue will be treated as a case of revenge porn which refers to involving the unauthorized distribution of explicit images and photos with the intention of harming or embarrassing the individual in question.
If it’s proven that the photos were shared without Cenat’s consent and were aimed at damaging his reputation it will fulfil the requirements for a revenge porn case. More evidence from Layla Red could further strengthen this claim.
