Conjoined Twins Abby Hensel Secretly Tie The Knot In Glamorous Wedding Gown
Stars of the TLC reality show, Conjoined Twins Brittany Hensel and Abby reached a major milestone in their lives as Abby got married. The twins appeared on The Oprah Winfrey Show in 1996, gaining widespread fame.
The 34-year-olds gained degrees in education and became teachers in Minnesota. According to public records, Abby tied the knot in 2021 to US Army Veteran Josh Bowling and pictures of their wedding went viral.
A photo of the twins in a white wedding dress and Bowling in a light suit seems to have been taken on the actual wedding day. The image has circulated across many social media platforms.
Other photos show them enjoying married life together as Josh’s social media page described him as a “Christian, Father, Husband, Veteran, and occasional gamer.” Abby and Brittany are dicephalic conjoined twins who share a bloodstream and all the organs below the waist.
Brittany is in control of the left arm and leg of the body while Abby is in control of the right arm and leg of the body. The twins revealed that people were always curious to know about them. In their reality show, they shared, “But our parents never let us use that as an excuse. We were raised to believe we could do anything we wanted to do.”
Abby and Brittany’s parents, refused to separate them at birth because they decided against it after they were informed there was little chance that the twins would survive the procedure with their father asking, “How could you pick between the two?”
