Il y a eu 4 000 nouvelles infections chaque jour en 2021, avec des populations cl\u00e9s (travailleurs du sexe, hommes ayant des rapports sexuels avec des hommes, personnes qui s&#039;injectent drogues, personnes en prison et personnes transgenres) et leurs partenaires sexuels repr\u00e9sentant 70% des infections \u00e0 VIH dans le monde \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 l&#039;OMS \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9poque.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"HIV_prevalence_in_Zimbabwe\"><\/span>Pr\u00e9valence du VIH au Zimbabwe<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-8688 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.erotic-africa.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/cab-injections-AIDS2022_0-300x195.png\" https:\/\/www.erotic-africa.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/cab-injections-AIDS2022_0.png 1000w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>En juin de cette ann\u00e9e, l&#039;OMS a lanc\u00e9 un appel de ralliement aux pays du monde entier pour qu&#039;ils adoptent cette initiative apr\u00e8s avoir observ\u00e9 une augmentation des nouvelles infections \u00e0 VIH dans le monde.<\/p>\n<p>Selon les statistiques du Fonds des Nations Unies pour la population (UNFPA), la pr\u00e9valence du VIH au Zimbabwe est pass\u00e9e de 26,5% en 1997 \u00e0 14,3% \u00e0 ce jour, ce qui repr\u00e9sente le cinqui\u00e8me taux de pr\u00e9valence du VIH le plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 au monde.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A lire aussi :<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.erotic-africa.com\/fr\/climate-change-sex-work-thousands-of-zimbabwean-young-girls-join-prostitution-due-to-climate-change\/\">travailleuses du sexe<\/a> et les communaut\u00e9s LGBTQIA+ sont toujours confront\u00e9es \u00e0 la stigmatisation et sont exclues de l&#039;acc\u00e8s aux soins de sant\u00e9 en raison des lois et de la s\u00e9gr\u00e9gation sociale.<\/p>\n<p>On craint qu&#039;avec le Zimbabwe faisant pression pour un objectif du secteur minier de 204 milliards de rands (US$12 milliards), ce qui entra\u00eenera une acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration des activit\u00e9s mini\u00e8res si la sant\u00e9 est ignor\u00e9e, le taux de pr\u00e9valence du VIH dans le pays pourrait augmenter.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"90-90-90\"><\/span>90-90-90<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Pour r\u00e9duire le fl\u00e9au du VIH\/SIDA, les Nations Unies ont introduit un concept appel\u00e9 90-90-90 pour lutter contre l&#039;\u00e9pid\u00e9mie de VIH\/SIDA en 2013.<\/p>\n<p>L&#039;objectif \u00e9tait que d&#039;ici 2020, 90% des personnes infect\u00e9es par le VIH soient diagnostiqu\u00e9es, 90% des personnes diagnostiqu\u00e9es suivent un traitement antir\u00e9troviral et 90% de celles qui re\u00e7oivent des antir\u00e9troviraux soient viralement supprim\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Avance rapide jusqu&#039;en 2020 et il y avait environ 38,0 millions de personnes vivant avec le VIH dans le monde en 2019 et 690 000 personnes sont mortes de maladies li\u00e9es au sida.<\/p>\n <img
