d\u00e9fectueux<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h1>\n<p>Un Ougandais a poursuivi Maristopes Uganda, la National Drug Authority (NDA) et le gouvernement pour <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">l&#039;exposant au VIH\/Sida en lui fournissant des pr\u00e9servatifs d\u00e9fectueux.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Joseph Kintu et Sulaiman Balinya et une autre femme ont poursuivi Marie Stopes en Ouganda, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">la plus grande organisation caritative de soins de sant\u00e9 sexuelle et reproductive du pays, pour<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> les exposant \u00e0 des maladies sexuellement transmissibles et \u00e0 d\u2019autres dangers apr\u00e8s avoir distribu\u00e9 des pr\u00e9servatifs d\u00e9fectueux.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les trois ont d\u00e9pos\u00e9 une plainte aupr\u00e8s de la division civile de la Haute Cour pour obtenir une d\u00e9claration selon laquelle Marie Stopes a fait preuve de n\u00e9gligence et devrait leur verser 22 millions de shillings UGsh \u00e0 titre de dommages et int\u00e9r\u00eats \u00e0 un taux d&#039;int\u00e9r\u00eat de 301 TP3T.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"The_condom_burst_during_the_act_of_sex_leading_him_to_contract_HIV\"><\/span>Le pr\u00e9servatif a Baise des escortes ougandaises chaudes sur Exotic Uganda<\/em><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cependant, il affirme que le pr\u00e9servatif a \u00e9clat\u00e9 pendant l&#039;acte sexuel, ce qui lui a valu de contracter le VIH. Kintu dit qu&#039;il \u00e9tait n\u00e9gatif avant d&#039;utiliser les pr\u00e9servatifs Life Guard, apr\u00e8s avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 test\u00e9 n\u00e9gatif \u00e0 deux reprises en juin et septembre de l&#039;ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, pour ensuite \u00eatre test\u00e9 s\u00e9ropositif le 6 novembre de la m\u00eame ann\u00e9e.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Marie Stopes fournit chaque mois entre 1,5 million et deux millions de pr\u00e9servatifs \u00e0 l&#039;Ouganda, y compris la marque de pr\u00e9servatifs Life Guard.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Life_Guard_condoms_didnt_guard_him_against_gonorrhea\"><\/span>Les pr\u00e9servatifs Life Guard ne l&#039;ont pas prot\u00e9g\u00e9 contre la gonorrh\u00e9e<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Balinya, un utilisateur r\u00e9gulier du pr\u00e9servatif, affirme quant \u00e0 lui qu&#039;il a \u00e9t\u00e9 infect\u00e9 par la gonorrh\u00e9e m\u00eame apr\u00e8s avoir port\u00e9 les pr\u00e9servatifs des sauveteurs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Apr\u00e8s avoir achet\u00e9 les pr\u00e9servatifs, il a eu des soup\u00e7ons et a conserv\u00e9 les autres pr\u00e9servatifs qu&#039;il n&#039;avait pas utilis\u00e9s pour une consultation ult\u00e9rieure.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le 24 octobre, il a ressenti des douleurs dans ses parties intimes et s&#039;est rendu au centre de sant\u00e9 Ruhoko IV \u00e0 Ibanda pour y \u00eatre soign\u00e9, o\u00f9 il a \u00e9t\u00e9 trouv\u00e9 infect\u00e9 par la gonorrh\u00e9e.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Fell_pregnant_after_using_a_condom\"><\/span>Je suis tomb\u00e9e enceinte apr\u00e8s avoir utilis\u00e9 un pr\u00e9servatif<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La femme ougandaise dont le nom n&#039;est pas public affirme qu&#039;elle est tomb\u00e9e enceinte apr\u00e8s avoir utilis\u00e9 les pr\u00e9servatifs fournis par Marie Stopes Uganda.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>A lire aussi : <a href=\"https:\/\/www.erotic-africa.com\/fr\/mbarara-becomes-kacabali-sex-centre\/\">Mbarara devient le centre sexuel de Kacabali<\/a><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Life_Guard_condoms_contained_holes_and_risked_bursting_during_sex\"><\/span>Les pr\u00e9servatifs Life Guard contenaient des trous et risquaient d&#039;\u00e9clater pendant les rapports sexuels.<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L&#039;ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, Marie Stopes a \u00e9t\u00e9 contrainte de rappeler plus d&#039;un million de pr\u00e9servatifs distribu\u00e9s en Ouganda apr\u00e8s l&#039;apparition de pr\u00e9occupations quant \u00e0 leur s\u00e9curit\u00e9 d&#039;utilisation. La National Drug Authority (NDA) ougandaise a ordonn\u00e9 le rappel apr\u00e8s avoir effectu\u00e9 des tests et d\u00e9couvert que certains produits de la marque Life Guard, fabriqu\u00e9s en Inde, contenaient des trous ou risquaient d&#039;\u00e9clater pendant les rapports sexuels.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Selon une lettre publi\u00e9e par la NDA, les pr\u00e9servatifs Life Guard des lots 19040205 et 19050105 fabriqu\u00e9s en avril et mai 2019 avec des dates de p\u00e9remption de mars et avril 2024 ne r\u00e9pondaient pas aux normes du march\u00e9 et ne r\u00e9pondaient pas aux \u00ab tests de qualit\u00e9 \u00bb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les trois veulent maintenant que la licence d&#039;importation et de distribution de Marie Stopes soit r\u00e9voqu\u00e9e pour non-respect des tests obligatoires apr\u00e8s exp\u00e9dition et que l&#039;organisation caritative soit oblig\u00e9e de les indemniser.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Use_of_condom_in_Uganda\"><\/span>Utilisation du pr\u00e9servatif en Ouganda<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-3661 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.erotic-africa.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/5216-300x300.jpg\" alt=\"Life Guard condoms brand. (The Guardian)\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.erotic-africa.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/5216-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.erotic-africa.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/5216-1024x1024.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.erotic-africa.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/5216-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/www.erotic-africa.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/5216-768x768.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.erotic-africa.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/5216.jpg 1200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bien qu&#039;il y ait eu des progr\u00e8s dans le nombre de<a href=\"https:\/\/www.avert.org\/professionals\/hiv-around-world\/sub-saharan-africa\/uganda\"> D\u00e9c\u00e8s li\u00e9s au sida<\/a> depuis 2010, en Ouganda, le nombre de personnes infect\u00e9es est toujours \u00e9lev\u00e9 et l&#039;utilisation des pr\u00e9servatifs est \u00e9galement en baisse.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En 2018, environ 1,4 million de personnes vivaient avec le VIH et environ 23 000 Ougandais sont morts de maladies li\u00e9es au sida, selon les estimations. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.unaids.org\/en\/regionscountries\/countries\/uganda\">ONUSIDA<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En 2018, la pr\u00e9valence estim\u00e9e du VIH chez les adultes (\u00e2g\u00e9s de 15 \u00e0 49 ans) s&#039;\u00e9levait \u00e0 5,71 TP3T.
