La commission disciplinaire a \u00e9galement \u00e9tabli l&#039;all\u00e9gation d&#039;abus de pouvoir et de poursuites abusives \u00e0 votre encontre, car il a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tabli que vous aviez provoqu\u00e9 l&#039;arrestation et la poursuite du requ\u00e9rant sans justification. La commission de discipline a en cons\u00e9quence recommand\u00e9 votre licenciement. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Le Conseil judiciaire, lors d&#039;une r\u00e9union du 25 octobre 2023, avait convenu qu&#039;en raison de la mauvaise conduite du juge et conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 l&#039;article 151 (1) de la constitution de 1992, celui-ci devait \u00eatre d\u00e9mis de ses fonctions.<\/p>\n<p>Lisez la lettre
